Do counter-strikers have rights?

Let's go for another ride... Our unionist friends decided to fight one more time for our rights. As they consider that we are too ignorants to go defend ourselves and that we are totally unables to, or analyse the situation, or to realize how stupid is Michel government, they decide to take a huge walk in the center of Brussels.

A counter-revolutionar idea is popping in my mind. What if, this time, we would block the trains? Please admit that this idea is hilarious. The day that Brandon and his friends are going to enjoy a day full of feast, rumble and puke kicking the ugly capitalists in their asses while they will be burning down the city, why wouldn't we have the right to prevent them for joining the demonstration? For once, they would drink their beers in their hometown and not in our beautiful capital city.

Aaaaaaaaaaaa, I really imagine the trains stopped from dawn by honnest democrats who are having a bucolic walk along the railways. Or this poor independant repairman who unfortunately lost his loading in the middle of a railroad crossing. Even cows could decide that the grass is greener in the neighbour's garden and decide to go taste it as fast as they can: crossing the tracks. Or even bengal lights almost everywhere along the tracks with the aim of being spotted by the aliens of the PAUSE (Poor Abused Unsupported Syndicated Extraterrestrials).

As I'm building plans in my #NeoLiberalRuthlessAntiProletarianBourgeois twisted mind, I'm wondering how much could cost me that kind of action. Of course, I don't want to hide behind an association without personnality such as the drunk boors who strut several times a year in our capitlae city do. No, I would assume everything, that's how I am.

Let's see the prices. Pastoral walk along the railway roads: 14 days of prison and/or up to 1200€ fine1 I didn't find the amount of the fine if you block the tracks, but I found a bill for the ones who are suicide. It's around 3500€.2 If I manage to find 10 persons ready to make ponctual actions, that would raise quickly to an amount of 50.000€... The inequalities between pro and anti unionist fight are really gross.

I cannot stop myself of rising up against this deny of democracy! My rights are completely mocked! The carpetbaggers of the system, paid by the strike fund, can block the country, the motorways, the national and international economy, me, I can't even block a single train without risking prison? The rioters are destroying the public patrimony and me, in my own fight, I cannot even try to delay the SNCB trains that are already late?

I don't even want to speak about the discounted prices if you go to work or study. You know these train passes that allows you to be transported in cramped condition in a livestock vehicule, a structurally late livestock vehicle. On the other hand, the unionists, will have additional trains filled with barbecues, and "all you can eat and drink" sausages and beers. The Joseph's Comrades Fanfare will be in charge of the animation with the international hit " Nations hear the siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiignal... ". I'ts a scandalous scandale: we need rights for the counter-strikers!

You cannot believe the pleasure I had to imagine all this blues, reds or greens, with their carapils in the hand, yelling as loud as they could against the inadmissible blocking of the public transports that prevent them reaching their workplace. They would have been forced to burn down their own railway station, destroy their friend's car and mixing up with their week-end card partner cops. Overall, I was imagining the syndicalist leaders in front of their crowd with the same success as Ian Watkins singing in a Mini-Miss contest.

But that's it, I need to prepare my anti-union union or a crowfunding to pay the fines... Come on, be solidair with the counter-strikers. If you are very generous we will even open a school for train driver specialized in riding during strikes. But it is said that breaking strikes is forbidden.... I can't believe that it is illegal!

I ask you the question, Missy: "Do the counter-strikers have rights?". No, except the right to shut up. This world is really fucked up.

PS: 2 days after the demonstration, the SNCB (Belgian railways) goes on strike. Find my rant here: http://dreamsandmoods.be/fr/2016/05/25/greve-de-sauvages/
